Xeroom Version 3.2.8 – Release Notes

9^th March, 2026

Fixes:

1. Inventory adjustment bills - eliminated when inventory on orders set to none.

2. Misc – various fixes arising out of integration testing for large company. 

3. Inventory synch for product bundles - Parents are not assumed to be zero.

4. Sending invoices from Xero - Unpaid sent when should be paid only.

5. Autocomplete for SEPA plus Stripe orders.

6. Wrong tax type in simple mode for exempt product - lines with zero tax are now sent to Xero as exempt (TaxType NONE) instead of using the default tax class.
 

Enhancements:

1. New set of filters and hooks added for contact name and credit note fields - These will form the start of a new Xeroom API that will enable Xeroom to be integrated easily into customised WooCommerce systems with different process flows.
 

2. New set of settings for better control of Global Product Synch.
 

3. Inventory synch log - all products listed in Xero are now included even if they don't exist in WC (was not the case previously to avoid a long log file).
